Greetings and Salutations

Greetings !
I have been using this app for about two weeks now and slow but sure I am seeing some progress. Looking for some motivation to stay on track when mac and cheese is trying to entice me with its cheesy goodness, or when apple pie is calling my name!
I have been modifying my eating habits for the first two weeks, now it is time for the next phase where I step up my exercise game. Love to hear all the great success stories and what everyone is doing to be the best they can be!
