Hi!
Okay. So I've been in a funk. And I need some tips or tricks or ideas on how to stay motivated with a heathy, clean eating lifestyle.
I work 2 jobs. One full time job, so 10+ hours Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri and my other job on Wedneadays for about 9-10 hours.
Any tips for meals, meal planning or finding time to work out while still having a personal life? (The boyfriend isn't someone you would consider super super active... And since we live in the Midwest, we do LOVE out cheese and beer.....)
I have a hard time getting up early enough to workout in the morning because I end up staying up later.
I need ideas!
Please help!?

Try to get up early and do 20-30min (run, walk, dvd, youtube video, etc) or go directly after work. Use your weekends for active outings and either get up early to workout or just do it as part of a daily routine: go to a park, museum, putt-putt, bowling (anything active and fun). You can still have cheese and beer, just smaller servings or a lighter variety.

A lot of people do all their meal prep for the week at one time. Just make up everything and freeze it in portions.

The other thing I would suggest is to make a weekly schedule. Plan specifically when you're going to work out, that way that time is already blocked out and you can plan for it.

Pre-logging my day helps me. Every morning, I figure out what I'm going to eat that day, and put it in my diary. It's easier to stick to a plan if I have it written down right in front of me.

However, I eat dirty, so I don't know if that advice will be of any use to you.
