My name is Roxanne and im 21 and i have a 4 month old, for me finding the time to excersise has been the hardest so far i can only do a hr of jogging in the afternoons before dinner when my partner is home. I try go for walks during the day but my baby doesnt like the pram for to long. Any one going through the same?

Hello Roxanne. That 1 hour is great. I like a mixture of cardio and strength training. If you don't have equipment or the ability to get to a gym, bodyweight workouts might work for you. Startbodyweight.com has a basic full body template that's a good beginning. You might consider alternating running and bodyweight days.0
