Partial vegan??? Buddies

I know it's either you're vegan or you're not But I just don't eat diary or meat of any kind, I don't eat eggs but I will eat things with egg in them just no milk/dairy products. I've been a vegetarian for a long time but I just cut diary products out about a month ago. I used this before and I'm getting back into the swing of things. I'm 24 currently 140lbs I want to get back down to 110-115. I'm 5'2. Anyone want to be buddies? Motivate each other. I'm super positive and fun. I can't run bc I broke my knee cap and it's still healing. I still have a hard time walking long distances but I'm going to try my best. Friend request me if you want to be buddies

Hiya!
I've been vegan for about 2 years and a vegetarian for many before that. I lost nearly 20kg (44lbs) when I first went vegan but I've recently gained 2kg so I'm back to MFP to lose about 10kg (22lbs).
Also have you thought about some gentle yoga? That might be easier on your knee.
