Abs & such.

Hello,
I have been working out for 3 years now. I Started at 168lbs and I am currently at 121lbs. I have deciced to focus on toning up my belly and getting abs. Any tips would be awesome.

    Having abs that look defined has more to do with body fat distribution and percentage than it does with specific exercises. It's still good to have core strength and people like to argue over the best exercises. I trust my abs to yoga and whole body exercises done with strict form.
