Using Juicing recipies for Smoothies
I started out using a Omega 350VRT Juicer and moved to a Nutribullet for easier use I am not finding as many recipes for smoothies for specific medical conditions ie Lower Cholesterol, Weight Loss, Diabetes, etc. can you use the Recipes on Juicing sites like juicerecipes.com for Smoothies instead? and what would be the Pros or Cons of doing so. I only used the 3 recipes from the Dr. Oz 3 day detox in the past for about 3 months because I was loosing weight (From 219 to 198 pounds in 3 months). But they tasted pretty bad to me so I stopped and gained the weight back, If I can find recipes that taste very good that would still let me loose the weight I did then I would be happy and maybe stick with it. I am NOT a Vegan nor plan to be I like my once a Month Prime Rib, sausage gravy & biscuit with eggs, and similar meals too much.
