Hey everyone I'm sorta new been back to using this site for weeks. I'm looking for friends to help share in this Terrific journey! I'm 37, about a 105 lbs from my goal weight. I'm down 15lbs and 10 inches. I'm very proud of every pound and every inch I'm eating clean, doing yoga and some working out. I need to work on the working out portion. If anyone wants add me. I would love to be are part of you journey and for you to be a part of mine

    Congratulations on your fantastic loss so far - keep up the good work!

    With regards to portion control, I'd definitely suggest buying an electronic food scale to calculate your portions. I recently purchased one to tighten up my logging and I was really surprised to see just how inaccurate my 'guessing' had been in the past. You can do this - we've got your back. Good luck!
