Recommendations for meal plans?

Okay so I've been always on the skinny side throughout my life but always on the taller side. Currently at 6'3 156. So I've been at the gym for the last 2 months and have gone from about 149 to about 156. My next goal is to get to about 160 and move on from there. I'm at the gym 4 times a week but I've also know that eating is just as important when attempting to put on weight. So I was wondering if there's any recommendations for any meal plans whether it be daily , weekly etc that'll help to adding on weight? Also if not any recommendations on how many calories , protein and other important things I should be putting in per day? Thanks in advance!

Find the cals that will allow you to gain weight. 1g protein per lb of body weight .4-.6 grams of fat per lb minimums and fill remaining calories with carbs. That's the typical suggestion. You can adjust based off of your preference. Just make sure you hit your minimum fat and protein intake0
