Hi all..

I am back on it now. Have had a 1 month break from a gym: a week before holiday, 2 weeks of holiday and 1 week after. It was a month when I was eating practically everything: a lot of dining out in Spain and Italy, cakes, fastfoods, pastas and other. I was 75kg and 10.8% of fat before my holiday and I weighted myself yesterday and I am 77.5 and 13% of fat now. Very easily gained weight though I am surpriced I did not gain that much to be honest. I think because I was working out for a long time before holiday I have built some muscles and they burn a lot of the calories.

I am starting new diet now: trying to reduce carbs to a healthy level and increase protein. Also trying to eat 5 times a day and go to the gym 4 times a week before work (5:30-7:30am). My plan is to do back and shoulders on Monday, Chest on Tuesday, Wednesday OFF, Legs on Thursday and Arms on Friday. Will add on cardio once a week. What do you think about my plan?
Any hints or suggestions? I am looking to get back in shape and I really want to focus on building muscles right now. What worries me is do I need to eat like 3500 calories to build muscles, or will I be ok just increasing protein intake?

Thanks
