Hello all.
So after being off track for a few weeks due to illness and vacation, I'm getting back on track with my boyfriend. I'm planning on getting back into 5k training using the zombie run 5k app. I also want to work on strength training using 30 day challenges for body weight exercise (I do not have access to equipment at the moment or a gym at the moment).
I'm always looking for suggestions on things I should be doing, recipes, and so on. But am happy to be getting back on track.
