whats a good glute workout without working out your thighs?

Squats. Deadlifts. Lunges. Hip thrusts.
They're good.
Just do them.
You either get the squat booty or no booty.

Most exercise targeting glutes have you engaging hams and quads. I say engage! Hyperextensions may target less the legs and more the area of the lower back/upper butt.0

This article might help you : bretcontreras.com/growing-glutes-without-growing-the-legs/ however, he mentions that hip thrusts are out, I love them for the booty and personally I would still do them but maybe play around with leg position to make sure you are feeling it mostly in the glutes0
