My short term goal is 190, my long term is 150, maybe 140ish. 215 now and 50 down already.0

I am 4'11" and 53 years old. I started at 150 lbs am now 107. Two pound to goal.0

I started at 187 and have lost 50. My goal weight is 105 so 32 to go.0

Started at 202, 151.7 today. Goal is 122-124 but I'd love to see 115. I'm only 5 ft 1 in.0

Started at 194 and I'm down 26 and have another 28ish to go. Depends on how I feel I look. Lifting heavy so I don't mind weighing more if I have a lower bf %.0

I started at 228 and my first goal is to reach 174 (to push me out of the obese range). So, I have 15 pounds left I think? I've lost almost 40. Once I hit my first goal, I will work on my final goal of 150.

I have 29.5 to hit my first goal of 250 (started at 310 in July). Then 200, 175 and finally down to 160, which is just inside the "ideal" weight range for my height. I might go down to 140, but not sure yet...0

Truthfully I haven't set a "final goal weight". I'm just taking it one day at a time, and focusing more on smaller goals. So basically every 10 pounds of loss I want to reassess. I'm so far down 21 pounds from 191, and I can't even remember what my body looked like at 160 so that's where I'm focused for now.0

I started in may at 210 lbs and had a goal of 180 by September 1st which i hit ( woo!!!) im down to 175 now So I'm aiming for 150 by christmas and 130 by my birthday in March. I would absolutely love the support of anyone who wants to egg me on! We can do this!0
