I am definitely a stress eater! Work has been so chaotic today I'm barely holding it together. Trying desperately not to eat everything in sight! So far so good, but I'm definitely at the tipping point. Good vibes sent my way are definitely appreciated!

    Hang in there! I know it is hard some days. Look at the success board for some extra motivation to stay on track.

    You can hold out! Remember that eating poorly will not make you actually feel any better. In fact, you'll just add guilt to the stress, which will make you more stressful. Imagine how good you'll feel tomorrow when you can look back and say "I wanted to cave, but I did NOT".

    THIS exactly! If you cave and go off plan you will only add to your stress. Be strong and be proud of your accomplishment.
