Spicy Chicken Soup/Chili
Recipe:
-1 whole chicken. skin removed and deboned. I bought a rotisserie chicken and shredded it
-1 can cream of chicken
-1 can chicken broth
-1 can of water (i used chicken broth can)
-1 can rotel tomatoes-hot
-1 bag frozen veggies (corn, black beans, onion and celery)
SERVES 6, about 1 cup servings
260 calories
25g protein
17g carbs
6g fat
I like to serve over a 1/2 cup brown rice and top with a bit of reduced fat cheese.
