Need MFP friends who want to lose 10 kgs b4 NYE

i have lost 14 kgs in few months at a very slow rate but it was mainly through diet and being more active. I am stuck on my current weight for 3-4 months already. I have my self break from diet and ate Maintainance calories.

Now I want to kick start again, I am going to join gym/yoga classes as I want to lose 10 kgs before new year. I want MFP supporters, whom I can add on what's app and we can chat/talk about our goals and workouts.

    Remember to track and weigh your food. In most cases, tightening up the logging can kick-start the weight loss progress as we tend to under estimate calories a lot without the scales! Wishing you the best of luck :]
