Losing the thunder thigh

I never used to gain weight in my legs. But now I have, especially inner thigh, and it seems like the hardest to lose. Any tips to help blast it away, special exercises? Or just keep ticking away at dieting and cardio?

    You can't spot reduce fat. Maintain a caloric deficit and it will eventually go away.

    You can't spot reduce so the only way to lose the inner thigh is to keep in a deficit. You may like the results you see from weight lifting though as it can reshape your hips/thighs and everywhere else and maintain muscle while you're losing.

    Nope. As stated above, you cannot spot reduce. Trust me. My thighs are going to be the last thing to go, it's just where I hold on to weight with a death grip and I accept this. Just keep at your deficit.
