Weight of chicken bone?

Hi guys, I'm a bit confused because I bought Perdue frozen chicken wings and the serving size says 3 oz, but I'm confused about whether I weigh the wings, bone and all, or do I pull the meat off and weigh 3 oz of that? Help would be much appreciated!

Weigh the chicken before you cook it. Weigh the bones after you finish eating. Subtract the second from the first. The result is the amount of chicken you have consumed. Log that.0

Entries that are for bone-in stuff take the bones into account. Entries for boneless items don't count bones.
If you're using the packaging label, it is counting the bones, so you weigh the stuff with the bones in it.0 -
I buy chichken thighs with the bone in and remove the bones myself as it is a lot cheaper. For logging purposes I look up "skinless and boneless chicken thighs" and I weigh the chicken once the bone has been removed.0

I weigh the cooked meat and write it down
Weigh scraps and subtract
Steak that has a gristle or fatty chunks it adds up
Kind of surprising how bone in steak is not the deal even at $1 less per pound !
