Hello. I am new and need to lose 40lbs. I have the exercise part down its the eating healthy part and logging in my food choices. I am looking for friends.

    Feel free to add me. My diary is open, and you'll notice I eat like crap. Sometimes 'healthy', mostly not. What helped me out was getting a food scale and weighting/measuring my food. What I used to think of as a single serving of food really wasn't (by a lot). Best of luck!
