Power walking.

Getting back into power walking and aim to achieve half marathon distance by end of year. Looking for fellow walkers who may have similar motivations.

Early March I started power walking. After just two months I was in in good enough shape to run a 5k the entire way, with NO prior running. That started my addiction to running and now, 4 months after that 5k I'm running 35 to 45 miles per week my long run is up to 13 miles and I'm training for a Halloween half marathon.0
