How much time do you think you spend on MFP each day ?

I feel like I'm here all the time, always checking in, reading the message boards and offering support to others.

If I added it all up it would probably be at least 3-4 hours a day :)

    I spend most of my working day refreshing the forums haha, which is 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. I don't spend 7 hours solid on here of course... there aren't enough threads for that lol.
