Broken foot, how to workout

I broke a few bones in my foot in Disneyland, I'm home now and stumped on working out. I usually walk or jog and I can't do that right now.
I don't have access to a gym.

    sitting yoga?
    do moves kneeling instead of on the foot?
    lift, not from standing. like bicep curls and such

    Do you have access to a pool? For cardio, swimming is all I can think of without access to a gym. At my gym we have hand bikes (you "pedal" with your hands from a seated position) -- maybe someone in your area is selling a used one on the cheap...?
