Body Fat percentage

Hello, I'm trying to figure out my body fat percentage because I'm more interested in losing fat than simply losing weight...

Here are some of my results:

http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/mbf/ :22.6%

http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/body-fat-calculator-navy : 21.29%

http://www.linear-software.com/online.html :22.47%

I feel as though these numbers are too low...I don't know why though...does anyone know an accurate online Body fat percentage calculator? or at least some pictures of girls around this percentage in body fat so I can compare?

Short of a DEXA scan, hydrostatic weighing or a BodPod, the mirror is the most accurate way to access BF% at home. Multisite caliper measurements can be accurate as well.

No online calculator will be accurate because it's just crunching data from information you enter. It's easy to be off in your measurements by a bit that makes a huge difference plus people carry fat in different places. You need a professional measurement like the dunk tank or BodPod to be accurate.

Get a skinfold test they will pinch you with calipers and do the magic formula. If you go to a GYM they may provide this free of charge my GYM does.

That's an interesting approach. Besides using the pictures to estimate my own %, or validate other measurements, it helps with deciding what a good goal might be. I will be happy if I get into the upper teens.

BMI and body fat are two totally different things.
