    Ok 1 or 2 pounds max are fat the rest just water weight ...if u want to get rid of the water weight fast then eat only protein for like 3 or 5 days ...500 to 700 calories then up ur calories again and don't worry u wont lose muscle ...unless u ate that low for more than a week
