Getting Healthy

I have been off and on with Myfitnesspal for the last three years. Three months prior to an event, I will lose weight and stop after the event has concluded. Anyone have tips on how to stay with it consistently?

Hi :]
I think you need to ask yourself how important this is to your life - not just that one event. You obviously have the know-how to do this as you say you do it regularly for certain events, but it's down to you to decide if it's important enough to keep it up for the long-term. If this is kept up long-term, you won't need to have to 'panic diet' in order to be comfortable for an event and you'll also be healthier throughout the year, not just at certain times. There are so many benefits to staying on track. I wish you the best of luck.0
