hi! I am new to this community although It have used MFP a few times to try and keep on track. This time I am hoping to really stick with it. I hope to loose some weight in the process but overall I want to try and kick cravings and just be in better shape.
Any advice is appreciated.

MFP really does work. It's helped me stay on track (and I have an ENORMOUS appetite) and really helped me think positively about myself too. I hope you find it helpful. There is a lot of advice available on the forum so don't be afraid to reach our if you're struggling. Good luck!0 -
