Let's really do this

hi! I am new to this community although It have used MFP a few times to try and keep on track. This time I am hoping to really stick with it. I hope to loose some weight in the process but overall I want to try and kick cravings and just be in better shape. :) Any advice is appreciated.

    MFP really does work. It's helped me stay on track (and I have an ENORMOUS appetite) and really helped me think positively about myself too. I hope you find it helpful. There is a lot of advice available on the forum so don't be afraid to reach our if you're struggling. Good luck!

    Welcome! I'm new as well. Used mfp before be never got into detail with it. Let's help each other reach our goals!
