Hello people. I have recently joined a gym after piling on the weight and become a little chunk. I have a personal trainer once a week so the motivation is there but on days i dont see her the motivation isnt there. Did anyone else have this issue and how did you overcome it? I dont want to waste my membership!

Get the personal trainer to design you a routine that you can do by yourself on other days. Knowing what you are doing on a particular day as well as keeping progress records is motivating.0

"Motivation" is over-rated (in my opinion). At this point, work on getting into a routine and habit with the gym. Make it part of your to-do list for the day. Go whether you feel motivated or not. Make a weekly goal to get to the gym X times. Working with a personal trainer can help that.
The more you get to the gym, the more people you will meet and it makes it easier to get there.
