I try to drink half my weight in water (or other fluids--all fluids count, I did the research!) every day. I usually drink a LOT more than that, though, because I work outside at a very physically demanding job. I do drink mostly water. I like water!0

Use this site to determine how much water you need

I've been wondering this for a while too, because I hate water without some kind of flavor, or if it's freezing cold i'll drink it, but other than that, I'm not a big fan. I'd rather drink juice or lemonade or milk. I love milk and lemonade(not together, lol). So some people say I drink my calories. Is that bad? I don't normally record those calories i get from the milk or lemonade though because normally i'm drinking them while I'm on the go, watching or playing games with kids in the yard .0

You should drink half your weight in ounces. I weigh 163 so my minimum is 81.5 ounces. I seem to lose weight easier drinking 120 oz. so that's my personal minimum that I've set for myself. I think it really just depends on the person, so aim for at least 8 8-oz. glasses (get a water bottle that's measured so you know exactly how much you're drinking) and try to find your perfect number.0

You need to track the calories you are drinking. It can make a BIG difference! If you like lemonade why don't you try squeezing some fresh lemon juice into your water. It will kind of perk it up. Some people add all sorts of fruits and even veggies to their water to flavor it.0 -
I know it would make a big difference, but because I do drink a lot of milk and lemonade, I end up drinking my calories and i have a 1200 calorie limit which my breakfasts becaues they are the most important meal of my day is usually around 300 calories. That's 1/4th of my calorie intake. =/ I need more self control and it's extremely hard.0

I drink 5 pints a day..and i've found that the more you drink water..the more you crave it! You have to get into a "habit" and take water with you wherever you go :flowerforyou:
I find that when I am achieving my perfect water intake...I lose weight successfully :flowerforyou:0 -

I do too! It seems that it takes a bit of time to get the bladder to be able to control a larger intake of water.0
