hey guys! Does anyone have some tips on food recipes? That actuall fill you up? & good healthy snacks?!

I don't do snacking, but blended vegetable soups are very filling for few calories. Cut up some onion, saute in a little oil, then add some other diced vegetables, I like to have one main flavor and a smaller amount of another - add stock to cover, salt and pepper, let simmer until tender. Blend with immersion blender (a must-have). A pat of butter mixed in is optional, but is good for flavor and nutrient absorption.0
