    Changed in July to 1510 per day plus 1/2 exercise calories, the scale started moving last month.

    Eat 1400- 1600 per day. Burn 400 ckals per day running for 40 mins. One rest day per week (sat)
    Averaged 3.3lbs per week so far!

    Cals 1500 average for the week- = ~1lb/wk loss
    NO exercise. Well, I work out every once and awhile but I HATE it. haha. I am fairly active at work 3 days a week for 12 hour nursing shift.

    Calories set at 1200 but when I work out for 2 hrs I can go up to 1800 per day. I have a desk job also. I try to walk every night and get 2-3 nights of yoga in a week. Most days I stay under 1400 calories and work out 5-6 days per week. This seems to be working well for me :)

    Started at 1780 , now down to 1620 per day... altho i rarely hit that... its usually between 1450-1500 per day...

    Doing Low Carb / Med Protein/ Higher fat (my macros are set to 10%/30%/60%)

    Started about a year ago at 1200 calories, with many many slip ups and a two month long plateau. It was very unattainable for me. I've recently went up to 1400 calories and it's been much easier and helped me break the 155 I was stuck at for a couple of months.
