Strong curves

Did anyone try the program strong curves? If so what was your experience/results like ?

    Got strong curves, love the program. I tweaked the program to meet my goals.

    I did it, just the lower body program. Happy with the results. Perked up the backside.

    Just started a few weeks ago. So far loving it.
    Like how it starts "easy" as in using dumbells as that feels less intimidating then barbells.
    No visible difference yet this short into the program, but I already feel stronger. Pushups are just a fraction easier, amd can increase the weights every (other) workout.

    Love Strong Curves. I am even doing it (modified) during my pregnancy

    Thanks guys! Day 3 for me and I like it so far. My butt was burning after the first two workouts.

    On week 3, so far I have seen amazing results. So far my butt is becoming more round and firm

    I love, love, LOVE Gluteal goddess! I really noticed not only big changes in glutes, but core got way stronger and more defined as well.....I can't say enough about it! I'm back to heavy training for a few another few weeks.....but will probably go back to Strong Curves or Gluteal goddess around the holidays!
