My easy peasy supper!
I cut up some onion ,mushroom and celery and sautéed them while I spirilized a zucchini and a carrot.
I nuked those in my epicure steamer dish and mixed them together with some pasta sauce, shredded cheese and Parmesan and baked for 10 mins to melt the cheese.

I do this with yellow squash. I sauteed it and then drain it, to remove some of the excess water. I used to use my Vegetti but now I just slice it into rounds. I have also used yellow squash as lasagna noodles and used drained cottage cheese, ground turkey, sauce and cheese... so good.0
