im Paulie and my goal is to lose 100 pounds by next year! I'm training very hard and staying on a strict 2500 calorie diet. I'm very determined, so let's hope for the best!

    Yay! So happy you're here! The only advice I have to offer is that you should log even on your off days. I know that's really tough to do sometimes but I've learned that I can't just log when I eat healthy or I will make no progress.
