    Super super awesome! Three years is great commitment and determination. We are similar heights and I am only in a year at 53 lbs down w/44 to go and was feeling discouraged. Thanks for the motivation! Awesome job!

    And thanks for the reminder that this is a marathon.
    I had such success in the first 13 months (80 lb down), but have sort of lost motivation, stalled, for a few months,
    that I'm getting a little discouraged. I know what I'm doing wrong, just need to get back in my groove. Aiming for
    at least another 30 lb (110 total), maybe as much as 125 total.

    Congratulations.

    That's about the same loss I'm looking to do. Starting at 270-ish about 2 years ago, in the neighborhood of 220 now, end goal will be between 150-170 depending on how it "looks" on me.
