I'm a night owl, I don't sleep till the early morning. Should I not eat after a certain hour? Or just a certain amount of time before I sleep?

from what others say, it does not really matter when you eat as long as you stay in your calorie goal.
only thing i would avoid having before bed, is foods that will hinder your going to sleep...like green tea, energy squares, foods with high sugar (natural or not).0 -
I eat every night in bed about 30 minutes before falling asleep and I lost 9# last month0

I always ate dinner at 6:30-7 and went to bed right after. I've never had any problems losing weight. I've lost 152 pounds doing it this way.0

Thanks guys. My dad's a health nut he tells me I shouldn't eat after I'm done work at midnight (I sleep at around 3am) because he says my metabolism will slow down. I'm gonna shove this in his face lol.0

They say it makes no difference. Technically, it shouldn't. I don't eat at night, but I used to and I still lost weight.0
