I was always very Private - but have made my diet - which I shall be faithfully following now PUBLIC - I am may be the oldest member - 80 in November - and I am going back (I wish) to my weight in my 30's - a 133 - 135 so at my present weight of 155.5 I cerainly have a bit to lose - I have no one to talk to but message boards are very acceptable - but I do not now expect support from home - any advice which is well meant will be gratefully received - I am aiming for walking as exercise - lifting weights - running - I dunno JUST - I am doing this for ME - I'm worth it - that's my principle

It's so good to have you here and congratulations for making such positive steps! Your attitude is fantastic and if you keep that up, you'll have no problem reaching your goals. Don't be afraid to reach out on the boards either, there are so many wonderful people here that give some amazing advice.
