"Order to shoot" seems like that would be "Fire" but the group doesn't seem to be The Pointer Sisters.

    Thinking....

    Alrighty then....

This might be a tough one, as I have no idea how well this Canadian band did outside our borders, but here goes.

Friends the The Ends ;) / orally consume my grey matter = band/song

Seems like the song must be something like 'Eat My Brain', but I come up empty on the band so far.

My research shows a band I haven't heard of but even that may not match the clue.

    Yeah, no clue here either.

I am a huge fan of this guy and his band, and he is the finest live act I have ever seen.

Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band - Main Street

    Great song.

I think it was one of the most difficult ones ever. I'm just that smart.

This is one of the groups scheduled to perform in downtown Cedar Rapids over the next few months.

It has four ventricles + slang for a very attractive person + movie about a little orphan girl = [group/song]

Yup. Any Canadian ties for Heart?

Yes. Apparently one or more members of Heart were Vietnam war draft dodgers, so the band settled and recorded in Vancouver with a small record label called Mushroom Records. Their first LP was released on Mushroom. They had some local success with the album so wanted to have wider distribution than Mushroom could offer on their second release. Lawsuits ensued. I believe some sort of comprimise was reached. Their second album (Dreamboat Annie) was co-released by Capital and Mushroom. Dreamboat Annie was not their first LP. Wikipedia is wrong. I had their first album on Mushroom Records. I suspect my buddy that inherited my collection when I moved to England still has it, unless the vultures that picked apart my collection for profit recognised it as an item of possible future value got it first.
