Took quite a bit of research and still may not be correct.

    1. Simon & Garfunkel - The 59th Street Bridge Song
    2. Neil Diamond - Song Sung Blue
    3. Elvis - Blue Hawaii
    4. The Ventures - Hawaii Five-O

Common song theme. The Billy Joel song may not have been a hit, but a great album track.

    1. .38 Special -
    2. Earth, Wind, & Fire -
    3. Billy Joel -
    4. Aldo Nova -

Sammy Davis had one huge pop hit, so I'm guessing that is correct and working from there.

    1. Four Seasons -
    2. Bruce Springsteen -
    3. Sammy Davis, Jr - The Candy Man
    4. The Cars - Candy-O (album?)

Yup. Candy is the theme. The Cars had an album as well as a song called Candy-O. You're just missing the Springsteen song. If you give up, that's okay. You go. 3 out of 4 ain't bad.

The Babys / Isn't It Time

I saw The Babys open for Journey with my ex-girlfriend in about 1979.
