I figured the band out right away, but maybe I'm Misunderstanding the song clue.

I found Robbery, Assault And Battery. That could be used in connection with an illegal immigrant. Or maybe Behind The Lines. Research was required on both of these guesses. I like Genesis but they must have quite a bit more material than I own.
