macros for shredding???

Hi guys... so I'm basically fine with my weight at the moment, but I'm exercising hard and looking to cut body fat and build lean muscle. I'm a long distance runner.. so I want to be a lean mean running machine haha.. though I've recently started running again after an injury so I'm only running about 30km per week at the moment, but am training for a half marathon 1 Nov. I also see also person Al trainer twice a week to work on leg strength and I gym by myself another 2 times a week (rest of the body strength training)

I currently have my macros at 40%protein 30%fats and 30% carbs?? Any input?
