I use to be 300 pounds I lost 100 pounds over the past 5 years. I did it extremely slow because I was always up and down with weight. Extremely motivated to back in the dumps. Over the past few months I have been dealing with stressed and gained 20 pounds. I have recently lost 5 pounds, I started working out. My reasons for working out is for mental health and physical health. My long term goal is to be a personal trainer. Any one who wants to join me on my weight loss journey I would love the support.
