Sore shin bones...

So, I started C25k three weeks ago, and the front of my shin bones frigging HURT. It normally goes away and sometimes it doesn't hurt after a run. Like Monday, no pain after run. This morning though, mother of God they hurt! I am new to running... someone please tell me this will go away as my body adjusts..

When I started running, I hurt to the point where I quit for a while and tried again. I think it's normal for someone going from zero to running. I suggest icing afterwards, taking it easy (rest days), and getting actual running shoes (seriously...they're investments). Make sure you do good stretches beforehand. When you're done...lay down on your back, and one leg at a time, point your toes and spell out the ABCs. It helps. And unless you have a medical condition, they will go away with time.0

Thank you for the tips! I am implementing them immediately. God I hope they go away quickly.
