I'm curious as to what you keep your macro settings at? I am currently keeping mine at 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat. What were your macros set to and what did you stick to when you saw the best results?

    I haven't been at this for a long time just about a month. I let Myfitnesspal set my macros and so far everything is working great. I weighed after two weeks and lost 13lbs. I won't weigh again until July 1st. ( I don't have a scale at home) That is my next doctor visit. I try to stay close to my macros but always seem to go over in (natural) sugar. I just answered honestly about my age, height, weight and whatever else it asked me and it set everything up for me.

    Mine are set at 50/25/25. I aim for at least 100g of protein, at least 50g of fat and the rest makes up carbs. Seems to be working for me. Couldn't be without my carbs
