Hi my name is Schae I have been trying to lose weight for a long time. I always start and can never stay motivated so I stop. This time I'm going all the way through need motivation help and support. Thank you!

    Hi Schae, You can add me as a friend. I have been on mfp for years now...on and off. The past 2 years I have put on 40lbs..with no real excuse only that I was under a lot of stress and had some health issues and turned to food. I have started logging my food this week and I'm going to try to do this consistently. I also started Focus T25 yesterday but I think I will continue it for the rest of the week and then start 21 Day Extreme on Monday as I seem to like that one better. We can help and motivate each other. Just take it one meal at a time. If you eat something off plan, get right back on track with your next meal. My advice is to not beat yourself up and not to look at this as a diet. Think about making your body healthier and all the benefit's that will come from taking care of yourself. You'll have more energy, more confidence, a more positive attitude, a clearer mind. The list goes on and on! I also made a vision board for myself so I can remind myself everyday that I CAN do this! You CAN too! :smile:
