In need of some motivation

I am not really sure where I am. Since starting my journey in Janurary I've lost 25lbs. My goal was 18, but I can safely lose 35 if I chose.
I discovered fitnessblender and I've learned a lot in our FP community. So I *think* I'm happy with my scale right now.
Sort of ready to switch to maintenance and recomp to continue shaping my muscles to what I like.
My problem is I'm having a hard time lately with food. I find myself back to being over my intake and choosing less healthy treats. To make it more difficult despite my hard work my metabolism seems to suck. A couple weeks of eating over 1500 cals/day, even with daily workouts and my scale starts going up ... Than I can't be at the I'm okay with the scale phase anymore.
Anyone else going through/been through this. Would love some words of advice or support to help get back on track.
