Need to loose 50 pounds how can I shed it fast? I am going to set my goal at 1200 calories a day and 1 hour of exercise a day which will consist of treadmill twice a week zumba 3 days a week along with 10,000 steps included so when will I see results anyone know

    There's no magic timetable. Your body picks where the fat comes off and when. I swear my first 8 pounds was all from my face. I'd add in some resistance training to hold on to muscle, if you're eating that low for sure. Don't worry about it being fast, worry about how you feel, and making sustainable lifestyle changes.

    (For the expert MFPers out there, it takes all kinds of studies into account to base the simulation on real-world likelihoods and remembers to calculate things like how your change in weight will gradually decrease your deficit.

    You didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it fast. It takes patience and dedication to eating a deficit.
