Hi everyone! I cook at home at least 6 nights a week but sometimes my boyfriend and I like ordering take out. Typically that means pizza, Chinese carry out, and other high calorie meals. Are there any take out options for when you want to eat bad.... just not TOO bad? All recommendations are appreciated! Thanks!

Thin crust pizza without meat, or with leaner meats if available, will lower the calories.
For Chinese, stick to non-breaded items. More veggies and less rice. White rice over fried. Soup is usually low cal.

Chinese - plain steamed protein plus veg, they serve the sauce on the side. It's usually on the "diet" portion of the menu.

That is completely dependent on what you mean by "bad but not too bad." A Pizza Hut personal pan is around 600 calories (veggie is 550, pepperoni is 620) which, to me, isn't bad. But to you that might be terrible.

I've never thought about ordering a personal pizza for myself. Definitely a good alternative to splitting a supreme/meat lover/other chosen monstrosity with the BF. Around 600 calories is definitely good for take out in my book! Thanks for the suggestion!

Papa Murphy's thin crust pepperoni is around 200 calories per slice. And honestly is one of the best pizzas I've ever had!

    Oh yes!
Order salad with pizzA. Go easy on the dressing. Limit how many slices- that's the hard part.
