Maintaining weight with 3 to four days of weight training

how do I go about the food I want to follow a iifym lifestyle where I can enjoy what I want at least once a day with healthy meals in between! Is it possible to do that and still maintain

    What are your weight lifting goals, gain strength, gain muscle mass or recomposition ?

    you know these calculators will give you a reasonably good starting point right? weight management really doesn't have anything to do with your exercise other than if you move more, your energy (calorie) requisites are higher. your calorie requisites will be lower just lifting 3x weekly vs if you lifted 3x weekly and did some cardio. your intake is based on your stats and activity level and any number of these calculators will figure all of that out for you and at least give you a good place to start.
