Hi all,

New to the MFP community and looking for some friends to connect with. I've joined with MFP to get a grip on my diet and to find out why those stubborn few kilos won't go. I enjoy healthy cooking, sewing, reading and all things diy and crafts. Due to knee injuries I'm quite restricted in my exercise habits but aim to do a bodyweight routine in the mornings.

Other than that.. I recently relocated to NSW from the NT and am still looking for the right job to come along so I spend a lot of time at home. Hopefully that will change soon :)

Looking forward to meeting some new people here and to share diet tips, exercise tips and to keep each other motivated.
