hi, I'm Zoë, aged 24.
I'm from the UK, and trying to lose weight.
Currently about 10.5-11 stone, height 5 foot 2
I was a gymnast for 10 years (when I was younger) and now trying to get fit again!
I went through a phase of getting fit before holidays but I need that motivation back!
I've recently been heading back to the gym handy with my lifestyles card I can vary between 6 gyms within the area. (All under the same company) and my classes are FREE.
So really I have no excuse.
I struggle with food and food prepping as I work shifts mainly evenings! So I eat at rubbish times!
I've started doing the LES MILS virtual RPM and I started Body Pump today! (Not LES MILS) it was hard but I loved the burn!
I did two classes today and I'm trying to do a class a day with obviously a rest day as the gym never gave me much change!

Feel free to add ☺️ I need tips on foods that keep me full through out the day. I always get stuck on high calorie snacks.

I'm also Zoe. Also 24. Also from the UK! Also 5'2. Also started this at 11 Stone - ARE YOU ME?!
Your work-out routine sounds fantastic, definitely keep it up and you'll go far! I used to do quite a few classes too and it can give you a really good 'pump' feeling afterwards. It's taken me just over 4 months to go from 157lbs to 128lbs and I have the biggest appetite ever, so I assure you it can be done. Wishing you the best of luck!
