Fitbit Zip

My fitbit zip is not working with MFP. I have enabled negative calorie adjustment and nothing is showing up on MFP. It has been working that couple days, just started using the zip on Sunday. Can someone please give me some tips. I hate getting frustrated and I just want it to work!

I go to MFP website online, find the Fitbit icon and click on it. Then I disconnect and then I hit connect to sync fitbit with MFP again. It might take a few minutes but usually it my exercise calories show up. Good luck!!!0

Disconnect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit
Delete both apps (MFP + Fitbit). Restart your device, and reinstall both apps. Reconnect your accounts. In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Fitbit.
Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings
